The City Manager serves as the administrative head of government, appointed by the City Council to enforce municipal laws, direct the daily operations of the City, make policy and program recommendations to the City Council, prepare and monitor the municipal budget, appoint and supervise all department heads and employees, and oversee the operations of all City departments.
