Classes are held in the Hart Park House Senior Center. Please join us for some gentle stretching, yoga, balance exercise and overall relaxation. Class size is limited so please call to reserve your spot.
Blood Pressure Clinic

Methodist Hospital will be holding a free to seniors clinic once a month in the Hart Park House Walk-ins are welcome no pre-registration required.
Tea & Talk, Senior Book Club
Wednesday, March 8th & 22nd, 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Tea and Talk, meets twice a month to discuss the fun, suspense, intrigue, love and so much more that each selection will have in store!
Dominoes Train Games
1st & 3rd Wednesdays (March 1st & 15th), 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
The object of the game is for a player to play all the tiles from their hand onto one or more trains, emanating from a central hub or "station". Led by volunteer Loni.

Free Legal Services for Seniors

The seminar will address common questions such as What is a Will. What is a Trust. What the difference and which is right for you? Also, understanding probate, planning for incapacity, powers of attorney, health care directives, issues with joint tenancy and more!
