Welcome to the Finance Department page. The department is responsible for administering the city-wide operating budget and plays a key role in every financial transaction. The Department provides city-wide fiscal oversight, accounting, analysis, debt management, investments, purchasing, result-based budgeting, cash handling, payroll, billing, collections and administrative services.
