- Develop a REACT team
- Consider Evacuations
- Identify Radio Channel for Incident- Conduct Roll Call
- Unified Command / Stage Fire / Casualty Collection Point
- Broadcast Description of Suspect
- Ingress / Egress routes for emergency vehicles
- Notify Chain of Command
- Notify Investigative Services (Detective Response / Search Warrant)
- Gather intelligence on Suspect / Location
- Consider using Traffic personnel for Outer Perimeter / Crowd Control
- Consider Specialized Details
- Mutual Aid Notification if additional personnel are needed
- Identify Press Staging area / Notify PIO
- Social Media Blast Advising Community
- Update personnel over the radio every 30 minutes
